![]() The traditional celebration of Pi Day (besides annoying everyone you know by telling them it is Pi Day) is the baking of pies, of course. I pulled double pie duty this year with a pecan pie* and a quiche*. I guess that means I'm pulling double duty on eating too. C'est la vie. (In looking back at previous Pi Day posts, I found it a rather amusing way to track self-portraits. Hopefully, come ultimate Pi Day (in either 2015 or 2016, depending on how you round the digits), I'll have a great little Pi Day photo album to reflect back on.) |

At first I was offended by 3/14/16 'cause that 6 is supposed to be a 5, but I guess if you are going to truncate digits, you might as well round, and since the next digit is 9 it rounds pretty well. ************************ on Thu 15th Mar, 2012 02:24 am PDT horge said: With that massive chin-brow you're sporting, I'm a little dissappointed that you didn't carve a Pi symbol or something into it. Or even better, spell out the Pi digits from your right to left ears, and make the 'stache into the Pi symbol... ************************ |
